How entrepreneurs differentiate themselves from businessman?




Successful entrepreneurs with their Entrepreneurial Traits


Entrepreneurship has been a common term in current days. Generally, a business will be
commenced with purpose to earn profits. However, it may be slightly different for an entrepreneurship. The important things to be noticed is there are many characteristics or traits that demonstrated by an entrepreneur have not been displayed by a businessman. The examples of traits include networked, open risk taker, observant, visionary, failure is an option, open culture, outcome-oriented, team oriented and proactive. Therefore, this blog will tell each of these traits with relevant examples which have been done by different entrepreneurs in their business.

To be a successful entrepreneur is not an easy target. However, most importantly, he or she must possess the traits that have been included in the above discussion and also any other related traits. With these entrepreneurial traits, he or she usually will has more positive mindset or proactive behaviors towards the business and it can actually makes them more powerful and  also lead them to the path of success.





                                  Nothing is impossible.

      yes, you are right. The 9 traits provided here are actually just some of the many traits that can be found on entrepreneurs. The example of Other traits can be Full of determination, High level of confidence, Craves learning, Highly adaptable and so forth.

    one more thing regarding the example provided here( Dato' seri Nazir) , is it being proactive is the only trait or factor that helped him to succeed?

      Certainly, being proactive is not the only factor that helped him to succeed, it is also including other factors such as always seek opportunity, environmental-sensitive and visionary.

      Yes, you are right. In order to survive in today's competitive environment, the use of correct strategy is very important for entrepreneur. Being a person with all the entrepreneurial traits is certainly not enough, one have to take action to make things become real.

      Personally, Tan Sri Teh Hong Piow inspires me the most. I believe that vision is the most important element no matter in business or in life. Vision can lead one to be more determined to continue his next step.

      To answer your questions, honestly, each of the trait is different, thus it is not suggested to choose only one out of these entrepreneurial traits, instead it would be better for us to possess all of the entrepreneurial traits in order to help in learning and success in business as well as in life.

      Hi. To answer your question, I would say this is just my personal view. Tan Sri Teh Hong Piow is the entrepreneur that I admire the most. The reason is due to his wisdom in running the bank.
