She was taught to be independent and began to mix with friends who engaged in the business of cosmetics and beauty and found it was a good business until she finally worked on beauty products Nouvelle Visage (NV).

         Secondly, entrepreneur shall also choose the right teamOne needs to put together a genuine and focused group at the top of the business so to make change happen. A team who invests effort in collective success and effort in making the team itself work effectively. Datuk Sosilawati was famously known for not having high educational SPM but merely that she was willing to start from scratch and with the help of her strong team she managed to maintain her business.
